Simply reserve your Cubby online, which will open up your portal and allow you to pick your preferred pickup windows. You will be assigned your specific time window around 10 days before your move-out. If your preferred windows do not fit within our complimentary dates, a convenience fee may incur.
Yes! All stored items by default are insured for up to $100 per item. Premium plans are available for up to $300 coverage per item.
We can store most personal belongings including furniture, electronics, clothes, books, and appliances. We cannot store perishable items, hazardous materials, or illegal substances.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks before your preferred move-out. We do have hard deadlines which we do not accept reservations after. This deadline depends on your school.
You can access your items during storage, however, each request to access an item is a $300 convenience charge, so pack accordingly!
No problem! We will send an email when we open up availability to add your delivery address and preferred delivery slot. We deliver anywhere within a 2 mile radius of campus.
