Our service terms and your agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into by and between you ("Customer") and College Cubbies LLC("we," "us," "our"). By registering for or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
College Cubbies LLC services ("Services") consist of the delivery of packing supplies to Customers' dwellings and the pickup, storage, and delivery of personal possessions for a specified period. Services include the coordination of logistics using partnered commercial storage facilities and subcontracted third-party movers. We do not take physical possession of your items and are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
To access our Services, Customers must register on our website and pay a $50 registration fee. Registration is mandatory before reserving a service spot. During registration, you must provide:
Name, address, phone number, email address, university name, and payment information.
By registering, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for errors in the information you provide, including fees or misdeliveries resulting from such errors.
Customers agree to pay the $50 registration fee via credit or debit card. This fee covers one packing supply kit and pickup/delivery services on designated complimentary "Green Dates." Delivery to alternate locations (e.g., off-campus housing) incurs additional fees.
Refunds for registration fees are available under the following conditions:
Storage is charged on a four-month minimum basis. Customers are responsible for paying the full four-month fee, regardless of early retrieval.
All pricing is subject to change. The applicable price will be the one listed at the time of booking.
Complimentary pickup and drop-off services are available on designated "Green Dates," which align with SDSU move-in and move-out schedules. Alternate service requests outside these dates are subject to additional fees and availability.
Items are stored at partnered, commercial climate-controlled facilities. While these facilities maintain reasonable temperature control, air conditioning is not guaranteed.
Our liability for lost or damaged items is capped at $100 per item unless additional insurance is purchased. Customers may purchase additional insurance for $47 per item, which increases coverage up to $600.

College Cubbies LLC is not liable for loss or damage to prohibited items.
Items not retrieved within 30 days of the final delivery date will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or sold. Customers will remain liable for any associated fees.

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, governmental restrictions, or pandemics.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in San Diego County before pursuing litigation.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By using College Cubbies LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Please retain a copy for your records.
